Meeting Point: Exit 1 of Hengshan Road Station, Metro Line 1

Tour duration: 4 Hours

Route: Complete the group, get on the bike, cycle into the old Nongtang, to explore the lost treasure of Shanghai, cycle through some of the tree shaded streets of the French Concession, imagining the life of Shanghai's community prior to World War II.

Then cycle to original living Nong tang of the local Shanghainese, a kind of fast-disappearing architecture due to the urban expansion, our tour guide will introduce you to the customs and history of Shanghai, meanwhile you can see the real Shanghai people's life, discover the other aspect of the emerging cosmopolitan. Then take a ferry boat to Pudong, have a glimpse of new Shanghai.

Rules of Participation

Everyone who participates in a Cycle Tour activity is asked to read, agree to the following:

1) I will not hold Cycle China, or any of its participants responsible for any injury that I suffer on any Cycle Tour excursion.
2) I will follow the guidelines set forth by Cycle China in order to insure my safety during my involvement with this group.
3) If I have medications that have special needs, or if I have health problems chronic in nature, I will inform the leaders of the group of my situation. Privacy will be assured.
4) I will not bring illegal drugs to any Cycle China gathering or activity.
5) I understand that this club is not capable of sponsoring extremist sports activities, and I will not engage in extremist sports while involved in a Cycle China function.
6) I will leave the group peacefully if I cannot meet these guidelines stated in this document.
7) I understand that I am taking my own risks while participating with the group, and that I do not hold anyone responsible for those risks.
