Itinerary:
Day 1: Chengdu - Wolong (B)
Embark on our 3.5 hours scenic drive to Wolong. Stop on the way, to visit the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, a UNESCO cultural heritage site, which has irrigated the Chengdu Plain for 2260 years. After arriving at Wolong, visit the Giant Panda Research Base, funded by the WWF (World Wildlife Fund). This base is home to around 40 pandas living in captivity in order to carry out research into their breeding and living habits. Continue on to the Giant Panda Museum, which comprehensively and graphically displays information relating to pandas as well as the flora and fauna of this area. The night will be spent in Wolong.

Day 2: Wolong - Leshan Grand Buddha - Emei City (B)
Drive to Leshan, enjoying the beautiful countryside views of the Chuanxi Plain. After a nice lunch, Board on a boat, have a panoramic view of the biggest carved Buddha statue in the world. Later Drive on for half an hour to Emei mountain and visit Baoguosi temple---the largest temple at the foot of Mt. Emei.
Day 3: Mt.Emei hiking, Back to Chengdu (B)
Take the cable car up to the highest summit of Mt. Emei, the Golden summit. Enjoy the great view, visit Huazang temple later. Then do some hiking in the lush green Emei mountain, check Wanniansi temple. Drive back to Chengdu. Tour ends.
